Harrison, William and Sam

Since William was born he lights up when he sees Sam and Harrison. The louder they are the happier and more content William is. Sam and Harrison cant leave him alone either. On this particular day I was getting the boys dressed for school, I put William on Harrison's bed while I got them dressed. The boys had to run over and lay down next to their brother and have their picture taken. William was immediately all smiles for his brothers.

Sweet Moments I Dont Ever Want To Forget

Harrison loves numbers, he carries around a calculator or tape measurer with him all day. He talks about things in terms of numbers "this dinner is so good its 75,256" "dad will be home in 526 minutes" "I want my 256RXT1000 shirt, the green with with the dinosaur on it".

Harrison has the most beautiful eyes, they are stunning.

Harrison and Sam started school this week, Preschool and Pre-K. Last night I was bathing William and Harrison walked into the bathroom. He told me he didnt want to go to school anymore. I asked him if why, didnt he have fun at school? He said he didnt want to go to school anymore because when he went he missed me and he wanted to be with me. I gave Harrison a hug and told him I loved him and I loved being with him.

Harrison and Sam pick me dandelions from the grass many times a day. Yesterday Harrison pulled a huge chunk of the society garlic flowers in the front yard and gave them to me. I put them in a vase, this morning my kitchen stunk like rotting something or other. Harrison walked in and informed me it stunk in here. I told him it was the flowers so I threw them away. A few minutes later he saw them in the trash, "mommy, why did you throw away the flowers I gave you?" "because they smell bad" he smelled the trash "yeah it smells really bad, good idea mom"

This morning we were getting ready for school, Sam started crying about going, he said he didnt want to go because he wanted to hang out with mommy and grandma and go to lunch and go swimming in grandma's pool.

When Ben comes home from work Sam comes and tells me "Mommy, your Benny is home"

Sammy puts his Tiger down for naps with his colored blanket.

Sam snuggles and sucks his thumb and twirls his hair. What could be better?
Sam is always trying to get a laugh, he will dance, make funny noises and faces, do whatever to make you smile and crack up. It works too!

William smells so good I cant stop smelling him and the back of his head is soft and silky.

William likes me best and always wants me to hold him and feed him and smiles at me all the time.

Everytime I see William I am so grateful he is here and I cant believe it.

San Diego

We went to San Diego for Labor Day weekend. We spent the weekend at Jim and Lynettes and had a blast! The kids had so much fun being with their cousins, Seth and Ethan and we had a blast being with Jim and Lynette. Thanks for a great weekend guys!

Saturday we went to the beach. Harrison tried his hand at Boogie Boarding and had a blast. Sam ran in the water and you couldnt get him out. It was so much fun. Lynette came with sandwiches and we all relaxed and played on the beach.Sam, Seth and Harrison. The kids were being silly and it took forever just to get this picture. They really love being together and Harrison loves his big cousin Seth. I think Ethan was sleeping......Sunday we headed to the Birch Aquarium in La Jolla. The kids loved seeing all the fish, the giant octopus and of course Sam's favorite...... SHARKS!Sam layed on this bench looking sucking his thumb and twirling his hair while he stared at this tiger shark for a good 15-20 minutes. Kids were practically standing on top of him to get a look too, he wasnt phased. Monday we headed to Lego Land with Sara, Bryan and the crew. Sam, Josh and Kate

Ben and the kids on the pirate ride

As you can tell, William was just so excited to be at Lego Land he wanted to see and do everything.

We spent most of our time building our own Lego cars and racing them. The kids had a blast, so did Ben...... This was my favorite, a mini version of the Guggenheim. I have a serious Frank Lloyd Wright obsession.
We had a great vacation and I need to post some more pics, but for now I am off to watch a movie with my kids......
